Globe and Mail Project: #17, TOWERING WOMAN IN PURPLE COAT STEALS THUNDER OF BURJ KHALIFA

(click on image to view larger version)

A towering woman in a purple coat
stole the thunder at the
grand opening of the world's
tallest structure in Dubai
yesterday.
Those on hand for the festivities
stared in wonder at the monumental
Englishwoman, who reportedly
muttered, "Not as high as it looks
on the telly, is it?"

Collage #17, from my Globe and Mail Project; daily collages from the pages of Canada's National Newspaper.

LOL
And to think this tower can be seen from 60 miles away! I wonder if the purple coat lady can too?

BTW, I couldn't find a contact email for you but I added your link to my collage blog
http://collagetableau.blogspot.com/
and would be glad if you are able to do the same.

Purple ain't a good colour for a dame.

I thought that the mysterious woman in the purple coat was a stunning image that had to be included. Not everyone can get away with that.
