Prime Minister Stephen Harper took
advantage of the prorogued Parliament
to have "that rusty old clock" on
the Peace Tower replaced with a jumbo
iPod.
In his first "tweet to the nation",
the PM declared that the tower would
henceforth be known as the Apple iPod
Tower and that he would conduct all
future communication with Canadians
via Twitter.
Welcome to day #22 of the Globe and Mail Project. Each day for three months I'll be taking the scissors and glue-stick to Canada's National Newspaper and editing it for your consumption. Feedback on Blogger or by email is welcome!
