Alright, I collect junk. Let's just get that out of the way For over 20 years I have been making art from "found objects", not to reduce my carbon footprint ( a happy byproduct), but because these are the things that inspire me. Rusty nails, bicycle parts, things that fall off cars and all manner of unidentified corroded objects make their way into my carefully selected inventory of art supplies. I'm never sure how I'll use these items when I find them, but each one has a sense of history an purpose that I can't pass up. This series of masks is a continuation of a series that was selected for the Lumiere Festival this past summer. I see them as tribal masks of our urban culture.Babar

I like bad idea. But I often get bad ideas. Now I'm thinking of bad cats... see? Bad ideas.
I was just wondering what are the meanings of Timothy Hunt's collection Urban Mask- in relation to the cultural frame? Thanks.
Yeah I was wondering the meanings of Timothy Hunts collection Urban Mask and to do with the whole cultural frame.
You know like the race or place or identity, the religion, or the social class or any current world events or what it says about society
These are wonderful. I'm also a compulsive junk collector. Do you have to use different fixatives for different materials. Keep making more!
